Vowels

There are eleven vowels in the Versling alphabet.

In each of the images below there is a word written using the Latin alphabet. The letters in bold are the ones to pay attention to when learning to pronounce them but do not need to be included when drawing these phonemes.


eeThe sound of the letters, “ee” in the word, “see.” It symbolizes the Universe Within and is traditionally linked to the Rightmost Ray Of Light.


The sound of the letter, “a” in the word, “say.” It symbolizes the Universe Without and is traditionally linked to the Leftmost Ray Of Light.


The sound of the letter, “i” in the word, “night.” It symbolizes the link between the Universe Within and the Universe Without and is traditionally associated with the Central Ray Of Light.


The sound of the letter, “a” in the word, “cat.” It symbolizes the force of Gravity.


The sound of the letter, “o” in the word, “go.” It symbolizes the Strong Force.


The sound of the letter, “o” in the word, “on.” It is associated with the Weak Force.


The sound of the letter, “o” in the word, “do.” It symbolizes Electromagnetism.


The sound of the letter, “u” in the word, “put.” It symbolizes the Element of Fire.


The sound of the letter, “i” in the word, “in.” It symbolizes the Element of Air.


The sound of the letter, “e” in the word, “bed.” It symbolizes the Element of Water.


The sound of the letter, “u” in the word, “up.” It symbolizes the Element of Earth.
